Instructions for use: Use for 15-30 min. before eating. It is recommended to start with a lower dose and increase it as needed. The capsules can be opened and the contents mixed with water.

For adults, take 2-8 capsules 1-2 times a day, with at least 2 glasses of water or juice.

For children from 6 years of age: take 1-4 capsules 1-2 times a day, with at least 1 glass of water or juice.
