In order to commemorate the memory and 100th anniversary of the birth of Dr. Eugenija Šimkūnaitė created 7 herbal teas for everyday health according to her recipes.
Ingredients: rosehip 30%, elderberry 20%, quince fruit 10%, rowan fruit 10%, ginger 10%, black currant leaves 10%, strawberry leaves 10%.
Preparation: Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 packet (2g) of tea and cover to set. leave it for 10 minutes. For the best results drink it 3 times daily.
