Plantain leaves, thyme herb and sage leaves can help maintain upper respiratory function.
Ingredients: plantain leaves 20%, thyme grass 20%, ryegrass leaves 20%, sweet fennel fruit 10%, tricolor orphan grass with flowers 10%, primrose flowers 10%, sage leaves 10%.
Preparation: Pour 1 sachet (2g) of tea into 200 ml of boiling water and cover. Hold for 10 minutes, press. Drink a glass of tea 3 times a day.
