Easily foaming drink with a juicy taste, the smell of bread, mildly perceptible sourness. It is brewed only from natural raw materials: water, sugar, kvass wort concentrate containing rye and barley malt, lactic acid, and then fermented by yeast. In the process of sourdough, the taste and aroma characteristic of homemade kvass are formed, and kvass is naturally saturated with carbon dioxide. Thoroughly filtered, i.e. yeast is separated.
