INGREDIENTS: dried and ground black birch mushroom (chaga).
PREPARATION: Heat water to just before boiling. Place 1 teaspoon of Chaga powder into a tea ball or directly in the pot. Allow the tea to steep for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy your hot Chaga tea plain, or sweeten it with honey or maple syrup.
