Herbal tea for nursing mothers
Ingredients: Sweet fennel fruit – 30%, cumin fruit – 30%, anise fruit – 20%, lemon balm leaves – 20%.
Preparation instructions:
Pour boiling water over a teabag and cover. Leave for 3-5 minutes, drain. Add sugar or honey to your taste.
