Method of preparation and use: pour 1 or more teaspoons (4.5 g each) into 200 ml of water (cold or warm, but not boiling), mix well. Drink immediately before the ingredients settle. Consume 1-3 teaspoons per day.
After opening the bottle for the first time, it is necessary to keep it tightly closed and in the dark. It is recommended to consume it within 3 months.
