It is recommended not to heat the oil. You can season salads, sauces, cold soups, porridges or just drink a teaspoon.
Flaxseed oil is particularly rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids!
Golden or dark golden in colour. Distinctive taste. Slightly bitter, the bitterness should be pleasant. If the linseed oil is unpleasantly pungent (fishy in taste), it means that it is already outdated and is not suitable for food. Such oil can be used to renew and impregnate wooden objects (e.g. kitchen utensils, furniture).
