OSAVI Norwegian Cod Liver Oil, 1000mg Omega 3 (Unflavoured) – 250 ml.
€19.49Food supplement in the form of liquid obtained from wild Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) sourced from sustainable fishing. Contains high concentration of essential unsaturated fatty acids (DHA and EPA) in the highly absorbable form of triglycerides (TG).
Do you want to be in good shape every day? The answer is simple – take care of the right amount of omega-3 fatty acids in your diet. Find your source in the highest quality cod liver oil. Cod liver oil produced in Norway is an oil derived from the liver of wild Atlantic cod. The omega-3 fatty acids contained in it support the proper functioning of the brain, heart and contribute to proper vision.
Cod liver oil contains essential omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which play an important role in the proper functioning of the body. Taking part in cell signalling, gene expression, mediating in the production of lipid mediators, these acids affect the proper functioning of cells and tissues, thanks to which our body reacts properly to signals received from the outside [1]. DHA is essential for maintaining normal brain function as well as blood flow in this organ. Together with EPA acid, it affects the maintenance of normal blood pressure necessary to maintain the proper structure of the brain [2]. Contributing to the maintenance of normal heart rate and resting heart rate, as well as optimal heart rate variability during exercise, EPA and DHA are essential for the proper functioning of the heart [3]. By participating in the mechanisms involved in preventing damage to eye elements caused by oxidative stress, they contribute to proper vision [4]. Vitamin A contained in fish oil, which is an antioxidant, additionally supports our eyesight. Since the body cannot produce enough omega-3 fatty acids on its own to function properly, it is important to get these essential nutrients through food. Fatty marine fish such as salmon, mackerel, sardines are the main source of EPA and DHA in the diet. However, if your diet is poor in these products, it is worth considering appropriate supplementation.
Our Norwegian Cod Liver Oil 1000 mg Omega-3 is a food supplement containing oil obtained from wild Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) with a natural flavour. Produced in Norway and sourced from sustainable fishing, this oil contains a high concentration of essential fatty acids in the highly absorbable form of triglycerides (TG) and vitamin A. One teaspoon per day provides 1000 mg of omega-3s, including 400 mg EPA and 600 mg DHA and 270 μg of vitamin A (34% NRV). This combination allows you to comprehensively take care of the brain, heart and eyesight.
Why would someone benefit from supplementing with Norwegian Cod Liver Oil, 1000 mg Omega 3?
– Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.
– Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the normal function of the heart.

Osavi Omega-3 Fish Oil Molecularly Distilled, 60 softgels
€7.49Are you looking for a way to improve brain function? Or do you want to take care of the proper functioning of your heart or eyes? Omega-3 fatty acids can help you take care of your body comprehensively. Reach for fish oil and see for yourself the benefits you can feel and notice.Fish oil is a source of omega-3 fatty acids and refers to two types of fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). They are mainly found in fish, and in smaller quantities in other animal products or phytoplankton. They are important for the optimal functioning of individual systems. Omega-3 plays a structural role in the body – it is a component of phospholipids, which form the structures of cell membranes. DHA is found, among others, in the retina and brain. These acids also indirectly affect functions in the cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine and immune systems [1].
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the maintenance of optimal brain function and also has an impact on normal vision. It is thought that omega-3 fatty acids may protect against neurodegeneration in the elderly and reduce the risk of cognitive decline [1, 2]. Low intake of these acids may contribute to mood and psychotic disorders, among others [9]. Studies have shown that they are a valuable support for the visual organ in people working at a computer. They have a positive effect on the condition of the eyes, helping to reduce dryness [3]. It has also been shown that omega-3 intake helps the heart and circulatory system to work properly [4]. These acids contribute to lowering triglyceride levels, which may have a role in reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease [5].
Omega-3s are essential fatty acids and must therefore be provided with the diet. They are divided into ALA, i.e. α-linolenic acid (found e.g. in flaxseed oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil and olive oil), and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), whose sources are fatty fish (e.g. salmon, mackerel, tuna, herring and sardines). EPA and DHA are bioactive forms – in order for the body to utilise ALA, it must be converted to EPA and DHA. However, this conversion is limited [1, 10].
Food supplements containing fish oil can be helpful in taking care of the body’s optimal performance.
The Osavi product is a specially formulated omega-3 fatty acid concentrate derived from the oil of pelagic fish (anchovies) from sustainable fisheries in the Pacific Ocean. Osavi Primrose Oil with Vitamin A & E, 120 softgels
€13.78Softgel food supplement with cold pressed evening primrose oil standardised for the content of the essential fatty acid GLA. Enriched with vitamin A and vitamin E. Allows to comprehensively take care of the healthy appearance of the skin.
If you want to keep the skin healthy and help protect it against free radicals, reach for cold pressed evening primrose oil with vitamins A and E. The excess of free radicals leads to oxidative stress, which plays a key role in the ageing process, causing the deterioration of the appearance of the skin and the formation of wrinkles [1].
Evening primrose is a plant native to North and South America, which also grows in Europe and Asia. Native Americans used it as a compress for bruises and to soothe skin inflammation. Currently, evening primrose oil is promoted as a dietary component that promotes the health of the skin and mucous membranes [2]. The beneficial properties of evening primrose oil are due to its high content of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). The GLA contributes to the skin’s proper hydration, firmness, elasticity, smoothness and resistance to fatigue. This acid is a component of ceramides that build the skin’s protective barrier and improves its blood circulation, reducing inflammation [3].
Primrose oil contains vitamin A, which causes the skin to have a healthy appearance, increases the epidermis, making the skin thicken, and has antioxidant properties which protect your cells against the effects of free radicals. Vitamin E inhibits the production of reactive oxygen species, and also has the ability to build into lipid structures, protecting against photoaging of the skin [4]. When our diet is deficient in GLA acid and vitamins A and E, there is a risk of increased loss of water through the skin which can lead to dryness, roughness and increased susceptibility to irritation. All of these can make skin age faster and appear “tired”. It can be worth considering the supplementation of these ingredients.
We offer you a comprehensive supplement containing evening primrose oil enriched with vitamin A and natural vitamin E in the form of D-alpha-tocopherol. It is in the form of soft capsules that are easy to swallow. The daily dose provides as much as 1800 mg of cold-pressed evening primrose oil, including 144 mg of GLA linolenic acid. In addition, it contains 18 mg of natural vitamin E, i.e. 150% of the daily requirement for vitamin E, and 600 mcg of vitamin A, which provides 75% of the daily requirement for this vitamin. This composition is a bomb for your skin!
Why would someone benefit from supplementing with Primrose Oil 1800 mg with vitamin A and E?
– Evening primrose oil helps maintain healthy skin.
– Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin.
– Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.
– Vitamin A has a role in the process of cell specialisation.

Osavi Vitamin D3 + K2, 4000 IU + 150, 60 softgels
€10.95Are you looking for a way to improve brain function?
The supplement is produced and tested according to the GOED (World EPA and DHA Omega-3 Organisation) monograph, and the oil used in its production is certified Friend of the Sea. There are 1,000 mg of purified fish oil per capsule and 2,000 mg of oil in the recommended daily serving (2 capsules), including min. 700 mg of omega-3 fatty acids. The product has a high content of EPA (min. 360 mg) and DHA (min. 240 mg). Omega-3 fish oil 1000 mg is a supplement in soft capsule form providing the essential fatty acids EPA and DHA.
Why would someone benefit from supplementing with Omega-3 fish oil 1000 mg?
– Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision.
