Herbal tea consumption system
- Stage 1 – Day 20g (10 teabags)

Ingredients: Day – milk thistle 34%, green tea 25.5%, peppermint leaves 15%, burdock root 12.75%, dandelion root 12.75%. Night – Pu-erh tea 30%, alfalfa grass 25%, burdock root 20%, sweet fennel fruit 15%, elderberry fruit 10%.
Preparation instructions:
Day: drink in the morning.
Night: drink in the evening.
Pour 200ml of boiling water over 1 teabag (2g) and cover. Leave for 10 minutes, drain.
Grace system 2-stage herbal tea is recommended for daily and complex use for 3 weeks.
