Plantain (Plantago ovata) seed husks, Acacia seyal (Acacia seyal) resin powder Fibregum B™, Glucomannan, Chicory (Cichorium intybus) roots, Theobroma cacao fruits, Cinnamomum cassia bark, Citrus aurantium peel, Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus) rhizomes, bromelain enzyme (600 GDU/g***), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) leaves, Linum usitatissimum seeds, Matricaria recutita flowers, Camellia sinensis leaves, Stevia derived steviol glycosides (E960a), Bacillus coagulans spores (Lactospore®).
Pour 1 teaspoon (about 5 g) into 200 ml of water (cold or warm, but not boiling), stir. Drink immediately until the ingredients have settled. Take 2 times a day, 15-20 minutes before meals. Do not use if you have swallowing disorders. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not use for people sensitive to the ingredients of the product. Do not exceed the recommended amount. Should not be used as a meal replacement. Store in a dry and cool place, out of the reach of children.
