It is vinegar with an acidity equal to 5%. This vinegar is produced by natural fermentation from carefully selected apples. Unfiltered and unpasteurized. In its production, when apple cider vinegar is made from apple wine, no other added sugars are used apart from the one released by the apples themselves.
Vinegar with a fresh taste and natural aroma perfectly season salads, sauces, dressings. In addition, it is perfect for marinating steaks (softened meat). It is suitable for use together with water and honey (2 teaspoons of vinegar, 1 glass of water, half a teaspoon of honey). Also, vinegar is used as a cosmetic for body care.
Our apple cider vinegar is unpasteurized and untransparent, retaining the characteristics characteristic of a naturally fermented product. Unpasteurized vinegar is opaque and may contain naturally occurring turbidity due to the natural biological process. They are a sign of further fermentation and a testimony that the vinegar is unpasteurized and of high quality. We recommend shaking before use.
