100 g. nutrition: Protein: 23,3 g., Total Carbohydrate: 59,6 g. (of which sugar: 4,1 g.), Total fat: 1,3 g. (of which saturated: 0,2 g.), Fiber (Cellulose): 2,4 %.
Nutritional value: 344 calories per 100 g.
Preparation: It is best to soak peas for about 4-6 hours before cooking. Then boil for about 35-50 minutes (Ratio: 1 part peas to 3 parts water).
