The oil is primarily known for its active ingredient silymarin which has the ability to help restore liver health and aid in liver repair by growing new cells. This amazing oil is showing incredible restorative properties for our skin also. It promotes glowing, smooth, beautiful skin with it’s strong antioxidant and anti-aging properties.
Suggested Use: ½ to 1 teaspoon, twice daily. Take orally or use topically on skin and hair.
