Sea Buckthorn Puree is made from the pulp of sea buckthorn berries with sugar.
Ingredients: sea buckthorn 60%, sugar 40%.
Store in 0-25 C temperature. Avoid direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening. Consume within 30 days. Sea buckthorn puree contains solids.
General information: Sea buckthorn is a superberry, rich in vitamins B1, B2, K, C, A, E, amino acids, folic acid and many other valuable substances. Sea buckthorn contains at least 60 antioxidants.
Shake before use.
Suggestions for use: Add 35g ( tablespoons) of puree to 150 ml of hot or cold water. Could be used as any jam.
