This cream is filled with a special coffee aroma… ” Vero caffe napoletano ” translated means ” real Neapolitan coffee ” – it is an authentic, traditional Neapolitan way of preparing coffee, emphasizing the coffee culture and heritage of the Naples region. The coffee is prepared in a “cuccumella” coffee pot (similar to a mocha coffee pot), from which, like the crater of Vesuvius itself, a gentle aromatic smoke rises. The coffee prepared in this way is strong and aromatic, and gives the cream a distinct Neapolitan taste and aftertaste.

The cream is quite sweet – it will appeal to gourmets. Made from  Giffoni  hazelnuts.  The Giffoni  region in southern Italy is famous for its exceptionally high-quality hazelnuts . The local climate and soil  in Giffoni Sei Casali , in the Campania region, create very favourable conditions for hazelnuts to ripen.  Giffoni  hazelnuts are famous for their bright/crunchy/aromatic taste, and their very beautiful round shape. The hazelnut industry in this region is extremely important for the local economy, culture and heritage.

Hazelnuts are highly valued by nutritionists because they are not only delicious, but also nutritious. They are rich in healthy fats, a lot of vegetable protein, amino acids, vitamins E, B, valuable minerals: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iron, etc. When making the cream, hazelnut oil remains in the product, it is valuable because it helps reduce the amount of bad cholesterol in the blood.

There are many chocolate and nut creams on the market, but many of them contain palm oil of dubious reputation. This cream  does not contain palm oil . The cream is also suitable for vegetarian diets and plant-based menus.

It goes perfectly with fresh buns and fruit. It can be a wonderful dessert filling, cupcake decoration, secret ingredient in ice cream, and an unexpected ingredient in dishes.

We recommend  mixing well after opening . The cream is natural, it “likes” to separate when standing: natural nut oil settles on top.
