Ingredients: husks of whitish plantain seeds ( Plantago ovate ) – 100% (*RMV).

Instructions for use:
For children – add 1 teaspoon (about 3 g) to 150-200 ml of water, juice or other liquid, mix. Drink immediately before sitting down. Take 1-3 times a day.
For adults – add 2 teaspoons (about 6 g) to 200 ml of water, juice or other liquid, mix. Drink and drink 200 ml of liquid immediately before sitting down. Take 1-4 times a day.
Take at least 30 minutes before meals.
Do not use before bedtime. Do not use in case of swallowing disorders.
