– Melissa leaves can help maintain the function of the nervous system. Hop cones can help maintain the function of the gastrointestinal tract and nervous system, improve sleep quality.
Ingredients: red flower passionflower grass 20%, lemon balm leaves 20%, sown oat grass 20%, peppermint leaves 10%, lavender flowers 10%, hop cones 10%, root grass 10%.
Preparation: Pour 1 sachet (2g) of tea into 200 ml of boiling water and cover. Hold for 10 minutes, press. Drink a glass of tea 3 times a day.
