light Seed bread is an extremely soft, light bread with up to 33% of seeds: sunflower, linseed and sesame seeds. Baked with rye sourdough in a stone oven, it has a firm crust and is very aromatic. It has excellent nutritional properties: high in fiber, low in carbohydrates and a source of protein.
