Ingredients: 100% buds of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.).
Features: A cup of hand harvested in the Labanoras forest and slowly dried pine bud tea will warm you up, restore strength, and remind you of wonderful walks in the sunny warmth. The tea is also great to drink in the sauna.
Method of preparation: Put 3-4 buds in a cup. Fill with ~ 80 ° C water and steep for 5 minutes. Delicious with mint, ginger, thyme or lemon.
