Imperial kvass – made by the brewery fermentation method using brewer’s yeast, so the palate is pleasantly tickled by carbonic acid bubbles when drinking. The richly refreshing, homemade bread-scented, sweet-sour combination is completed by a subtle hop accent. The first kvass production recipes in Lithuania were recorded in the 16th century.
