Ingredients: cumin fruits (Carvi fructus) – 100 %.
Preparation instructions: Place 1-2 teabags of cumin fruits in a cup, pour 150 ml of boiling water and cover. Allow 10-15 minutes for the best qualities of the tea to be revealed, then strain. Drink a glass of tea 1-3 times a day.
