Preparation instructions: Put 1 teaspoon of knot-grass herb, add 200 ml of boiling water and cover, then cook for 3-5 minutes. Allow 10-15 minutes for the best qualities of the tea to be revealed, then strain. Drink a glass of tea 3-4 times a day.
