Herbal tea
- Bearberry leaves can help maintain bladder and urinary tract function.
Ingredients: bearberry leaves ( Arctostaphylos uva-ursi ), juniper berries ( Juniperus communis ), licorice root ( Glycyrrhiza glabra ).
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over a teabag, cover. Leave for 10–15 minutes, then strain off. Drink a glass of tea three times a day before meals.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Not to be consumed by people sensitive to the ingredients of the tea. Store in the manufacturer‘s packaging, in a dry place below 25 °C.
