Ingredients: Mashed potatoes 60% (water, potato flakes, potato starch), corn flour, corn starch, salt, acidity regulator, LACTIC acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, rolled in rice flour.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry, dark place. Once opened, consume within 48 hours. Storage temperature: 0°C to 25°C.

Recommended preparation method: Add the gnocchi to a pot with boiling, salted water. Cook until they float. Cooking time 1-2 minutes. Season with butter or your favorite tomato sauce along with Parmesan cheese.
