INGREDIENTS
Bee pollen, bee bread, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid).
PURPOSE
To supplement the diet with vitamin C. Vitamin C helps to maintain the normal functioning of the immune system, protect cells from oxidative damage, and improves iron absorption..
CONSUMPTION
Adults take 2-4 tablets per day, children from 3 years old 1-2 tablets per day. In case of low stomach acidity, take 15 min. before a meal, in the case of a large one - 15 min. after meal. It can be used throughout the year, taking 7-day breaks every month.
The recommended amount of consumption in 4 tablets (6 g) contains pollen 4.1 g, bee bread 1.8 g, 259.2 µg beta carotene ( 43.2 RE) (5.4 % of vitamin A RMV*) , vitamin C 80 mg (100 % RMV*).
*RMV - Nutritional Reference Value.
