Organic raw bee pollen contains nothing but 100% bee pollen granules. Adding bee pollen to your diet has a number of potential health benefits. It is an excellent source of a number of essential nutrients including protein, fibre, iron, zinc and a number of other vitamins and minerals. This natural product comes from the pollen that collects on the bodies of bees during the pollination process. Its sweet, slightly nutty taste makes it an excellent addition to a number of dishes including salads, cereals, juices, smoothies and so much more.
Introduce into your diet gradually. Use approximately 1-2 teaspoons a day. Can be eaten raw as a healthy snack or can be sprinkled on cereal, muesli, porridge or yoghurt. It can also be stirred into warm drinks or blended in to smoothies and desserts.
